Food Services Lead
Provide the leadership to develop all aspects of Food Services across our network of campuses.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion the development of our food service environments and product offering capability to better delight our ministry teams and guests.
Support the launch of The Depot space at all new campuses.
Expand our food services in terms of offerings, days and times, and geography.
Generate and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
Explore creative partnerships and approaches to fund our food service vision.
Manage all food department relationships and ensure proper permitting and compliance.
Equip campuses to improve volunteer team size, scheduling, care, leadership, onboarding, training, etc.
Manage and improve all vendor relations, purchasing, costs, product offering and pricing.
Analyze and manage metrics including sales, margin, profit, growth, etc.
Set standards, policies, processes and visuals along with the tools and systems to evaluate performance at all Depot locations.
