Food Services Lead

THE ROLE

Provide the leadership to develop all aspects of Food Services across our network of campuses.

 

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion the development of our food service environments and product offering capability to better delight our ministry teams and guests.
  • Support the launch of The Depot space at all new campuses.
  • Expand our food services in terms of offerings, days and times, and geography.
  • Generate and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Explore creative partnerships and approaches to fund our food service vision.
  • Manage all food department relationships and ensure proper permitting and compliance.
  • Equip campuses to improve volunteer team size, scheduling, care, leadership, onboarding, training, etc.
  • Manage and improve all vendor relations, purchasing, costs, product offering and pricing.
  • Analyze and manage metrics including sales, margin, profit, growth, etc.
  • Set standards, policies, processes and visuals along with the tools and systems to evaluate performance at all Depot locations.
