For nearly twenty years, people in Riverside, CA have been discovering what it means to be real with ourselves, God and others at Sandals Church. What started in 1997 as a bible study in living room of Pastor Matt Brown and his wife Tammy was just named the 45th fastest growing church in America.
In the last few years we’ve grown from one location to nine (with more on the way), launched a phenomenally successful women’s ministry and weekly Q&A podcast and seen our online audience grow by more than 400%. It’s been a whirlwind, and we honestly feel like we’re just getting started.
But here’s the deal – we’re done waiting for people to find out about us. We want to proactively reach out to people who need to know there’s a place for them to be real. We’re chasing hard after a vision of planting 500 churches, sending 100 long-term missionaries to India and reaching tens of thousands of people with the vision of being real.
