Guest Services Specialist

THE ROLE

Providing a welcoming and unforgettable experience is one of the most important things we can do as a church - reflecting the love of God to every person who steps onto a Sandals Church campus. To make this a reality, the Guest Services Specialist will create our guest connection and follow-up processes and develop Guest Services training to facilitate these great experiences across all of our Sandals Church campuses.

 

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a super efficient guest follow-up system to ensure no one falls through the cracks
  • Create processes for effectively leading guests toward next steps
  • Continually evaluate and re-imagine Real Workshops to keep them fresh for new guests
  • Develop and execute new ways to connect guests to the Real Workshops
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Guest Services vision across all Sandals Church campuses
  • Inspire, support and challenge Guest Services Leads at each campus
  • Develop Guest Services training resources to be used at all campuses
  • Launch an incredible guest experience at each new Sandals Church location
  • Build a volunteer team to do what you do
