Moreno Valley Guest Services Lead

THE ROLE

The Guest Services Lead’s primary role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed and comfortable with the end goal that the guest experience exceeds expectations.

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the network vision and strategies for the Guest Services ministry.
  • Find, build, and maintain amazing guest services teams!
  • Greeters, ushers, welcome team, parking team, New to Sandals teams and volunteers.
  • Develop and oversee guest services team leads for each service.
  • Regularly spend time connecting and motivating the leads.
  • Train and equip volunteers to provide useful, relevant, and engaging information to guests.
  • Provide information for people who want it.
  • Connect people who want to join a group or serve.
  • Oversee the New to Sandals team and process.
  • Oversee guest follow-up.
  • Ensure that family check-in is welcoming, simple, and quick.
  • Work with Campus Pastor in determining outreach strategy to reach the community.
  • Regularly connect with the network Guest Services Director to report the campus’ performance and stay aligned with the vision and strategies that have been created.
  • Build and equip a team of volunteers to do what you do best.

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

  • Prior experience leading large groups or has experience in leadership.
  • Prior experience working in a Customer Service environment or is customer service-minded.
